Exercise

If exercise is so helpful for us (and it is-- I'll get to that quickly), then why do we discover it so hard to exercise on a regular basis? It wasn't constantly that way. In elementary school, you most likely could not wait for recess. It was a time to walk, run, hop, and be outside. You were exercising and delighting in every minute of it.

Now it's even more of a task. And that's regrettable because routine exercise can include more than 3 years to your life. Physical exercise reduces your risk of creating heart problem and having a stroke. It lowers blood stress, decreases the danger of creating certain cancers cells, builds up bones, safeguards joints, and keeps your thoughts sharp.
